Tavsif

  • Lead and support a small finance team
  • Ensure the accuracy of accounting records, financial data, and closing activities
  • Handle accounting independently, including complex accounting cases
  • Apply Czech GAAP, VAT, and income tax principles
  • Partner with the Finance Manager on key financial matters and projects
  • Identify ways to simplify, improve, and further develop finance processes
  • Contribute to system implementations and other finance-wide change projects

Talablar

  • Experience as a Senior Accountant, Chief Accountant, Deputy Finance Manager, or in a comparable senior finance role
  • Strong knowledge of Czech GAAP and financial closing activities
  • Understanding of VAT and income tax
  • Experience working for an international company
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • People-management experience or motivation to develop in this direction
  • Willingness to remain hands-on and work directly on accounting
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • University or higher vocational education in economics or a related field
  • Knowledge of IFRS, SAP, or experience with ERP implementation or another finance project is an advantage
