Accounting Supervisor – Czechia (Hybrid)
Lead a small finance team and oversee accounting operations for Provident Financial in a hybrid Czechia-based role. Improve financial processes and support the Finance Manager with strategic finance projects.

- Lead and support a small finance team
- Ensure the accuracy of accounting records, financial data, and closing activities
- Handle accounting independently, including complex accounting cases
- Apply Czech GAAP, VAT, and income tax principles
- Partner with the Finance Manager on key financial matters and projects
- Identify ways to simplify, improve, and further develop finance processes
- Contribute to system implementations and other finance-wide change projects
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience as a Senior Accountant, Chief Accountant, Deputy Finance Manager, or in a comparable senior finance role
- Strong knowledge of Czech GAAP and financial closing activities
- Understanding of VAT and income tax
- Experience working for an international company
- Ability to communicate in English
- People-management experience or motivation to develop in this direction
- Willingness to remain hands-on and work directly on accounting
- Advanced Excel skills
- University or higher vocational education in economics or a related field
- Knowledge of IFRS, SAP, or experience with ERP implementation or another finance project is an advantage
