Lead full-cycle recruitment for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions in Poland, from candidate sourcing through offers. Partner with hiring managers and use recruitment data to strengthen hiring outcomes.
Opis
- Coordinate recruitment from intake meetings through offer stage.
- Advise hiring managers on their needs and recruitment approach.
- Find and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Interview candidates in English and provide structured assessments.
- Support candidates with a positive experience throughout recruitment.
- Develop talent pipelines for immediate and future vacancies.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and apply insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Help refine recruitment processes and share best practices.
Zahteve
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, either agency-side or in-house.
- Strong English skills and confidence using English in everyday communication.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach, with personal ownership and accountability.
- Experience recruiting across international markets is an advantage.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Interest in employer branding or recruitment marketing is an advantage.
