Opis

  • Oversee Production Master Data objects, including material masters, bills of materials, document records, routings, work centers, and EHS data.
  • Support related Digital Technology tools, systems, structures, and processes, including email, ticketing, SAP, standard work, and business process automation.
  • Focus on the Collins S/4HANA project and deliver Production Master Data solutions.
  • Select, implement, develop, maintain, and support business systems and Digital Technology applications.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, aligning digital services, service levels, technology, management, and initiatives with business needs.
  • Represent the business in enterprise-wide and corporate initiatives.
  • Serve as the main liaison between Digital Technology and the business, advocating for high-quality digital services.
  • Work with Security and Compliance, Infrastructure, functional stakeholders, and Project Management to manage and document the Digital Technology portfolio.
  • Configure, develop, program, and test new applications and legacy systems.
  • Gather requirements, design and build system solutions, document testing, support business tests, update GSM tickets, and provide solution documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Review business and technical processes to identify needed system changes or new capabilities.
  • Configure and enhance SAP, and update related master data with mass update tools.
  • Work with business and Digital Technology teams to define system requirements and reporting outputs.
  • Lead the planning, development, testing, and implementation of Digital Technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Write specifications, user documentation, program functions, and test scripts for SAP enhancements, programs, and reports.
  • Coordinate Production Master Data work across Collins projects.
  • Create and maintain documentation, policies, procedures, controls, standard work, and data governance guidelines for Production Master Data SAP applications.

Zahteve

  • A university degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and at least 7 years of experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Expertise in project management fundamentals.
  • PL/SQL knowledge, including DML/DDL tables, views, functions, packages, and stored procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.
  • SAP experience, especially with LSMW, CEWB, CG02, and MM17 transactions.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, SIPOC, root cause analysis, and data analysis and manipulation.
  • Experience supporting unit, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing for Oracle/.NET applications.
  • Ability to analyze and tune queries, views, functions, and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze indexes and recommend application performance improvements.
  • Understanding of multi-level bill of materials data.
  • Knowledge of Oracle CONNECT BY functions for hierarchical data.
  • SAP data model experience is preferred.
  • Experience with .NET client applications is desired; direct .NET programming skills are not required.
  • General understanding of Cost, Manufacturing, and Purchasing business functions.
