Opis
- Advise VIP clients, executives, and senior leaders on their travel needs.
- Arrange and manage domestic and international trips.
- Resolve travel emergencies and provide concierge support throughout each journey.
- Handle complex requests with speed and high service standards.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Meet service level agreements and quality benchmarks.
- Handle all work ethically and protect confidential information.
- Support high-profile corporate clients and urgent travel requests.
Zahteve
- Completed bachelor’s degree.
- Substantial experience in corporate travel and VIP customer service.
- Advanced proficiency with Sabre and Amadeus.
- Experience using the Argo online booking tool.
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Microsoft Office knowledge is an advantage.
- Available to work Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
