Opis

  • Match clinicians with healthcare facilities seeking staff
  • Build relationships, make placements, and develop a book of business
  • Deliver service that turns initial placements into lasting partnerships
  • Reach clinicians through calls, texts, social media, job boards, and referrals
  • Interview and screen clinicians, then guide them toward suitable roles
  • Manage candidate pipelines throughout the hiring process
  • Meet monthly targets through recruiting and sales performance
  • Maintain clinician relationships through extensions and new opportunities

Zahteve

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass a background check
  • At least two years of customer service and/or sales experience
