Opis

  • Find sales leads through prospecting, inbound inquiries, databases, cold calls, and other promotional efforts.
  • Arrange and lead virtual meetings with prospective clients.
  • Present the company’s products and services to potential customers.
  • Keep CRM records current for sales activity, prospects, and customer interactions.
  • Monitor customer reorders and follow up to support ongoing satisfaction.
  • Share product concerns raised by customers and prospects with the relevant teams.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve offerings.
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals.
  • Set appointments, make cold calls, and represent the company in sales.
  • Submit a 2–3 minute application video answering the required questions in sequence.

  • Fluent spoken and written English, with strong communication skills.
  • A record of sales success, including meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Able to work independently with little supervision and sustain high productivity.
  • Strong skills in relationship-building and negotiation.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and focused on results.
  • Friendly, quick to learn, adaptable, and positive in approaching challenges.
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM software, and virtual meeting tools such as Teams and Zoom.
  • Computer with at least a fifth-generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent.
  • At least 4 GB of computer memory (RAM).
  • Windows 10 or macOS; Linux, Unix, and other operating systems are not accepted.
  • Primary and backup internet connections with speeds of at least 5 Mbps.
  • USB-connected noise-cancelling headset.
  • Webcam with at least 3 megapixels and 720p recording capability.
  • Business-to-business sales experience.
