Opis

  • Grow marine maintenance accounts through sales strategy, account planning, opportunity identification, and clear communication of customer value.
  • Manage sales and service across the assigned territory to achieve profitable results.
  • Win new customers and strengthen existing accounts.
  • Work with customers and prospects to meet their sales and service needs.
  • Partner with marketing to deliver high-value solutions using Hempel’s portfolio.
  • Support Hempel’s focus on sustainable growth and innovation.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Existing customer relationships are preferred.
  • Basic English proficiency is required (CET 6).
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Sound analytical judgment, with the ability to learn and adapt.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Knowledge of protective paint technology.
  • Project management skills.
  • Submit a CV in both Chinese and English.
