Opis

  • Analyze problems and recommend solutions for clinical information systems.
  • Connect end users and vendors to support accurate system builds, configuration, and functionality.
  • Create detailed program specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts.
  • Coordinate system installations with operations teams and vendors.
  • Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot clinical information systems.
  • Communicate system changes and conduct quality checks to uphold standard practices.
  • Create, document, and follow procedures for related applications and systems.
  • Support operations through in-depth application knowledge, troubleshooting, and project management.
  • Test applications and components, and help develop test plans.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish operating standards, policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

  • At least three years of relevant experience with clinical or business systems.
  • Exposure to software development and build lifecycles.
  • Must obtain Epic certification for assigned modules within 18 months of hire, as specified by the department director.
  • Must maintain Epic certification according to Epic Corporation standards.
