Opis

  • Analyze plant-wide vibration data gathered through remote monitoring of site assets.
  • Build communication channels with assigned plants and follow up on recommended actions.
  • Coordinate with regional technicians on additional site analysis as needed.
  • Develop workflow models for future remote monitoring projects.
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams when vibration data is needed.
  • Visit sites to support quality assurance, quality control, and execution as needed.
  • Help develop and carry out site-wide sensor installations as needed.
  • Travel to manufacturing facilities and other sites up to 50%.
  • Manage vibration analysis programs across more than 100 facilities in the Georgia-Pacific portfolio.
  • Apply AI and Georgia-Pacific proprietary systems to vibration analysis and facility support.

Zahteve

  • ISO Vibration Level II certification or higher.
  • At least five years of maintenance or facility operations experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Skill in vibration analysis using SKF/Emerson CSI or comparable toolsets.
  • Ability to apply effective problem-solving methods.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and use social networking tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to sites up to 50% and build relationships with operations teams.
  • Mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
  • Experience leading organizational change and a willingness to think creatively preferred.
  • Experience with process data historians such as OSI PI and Wonderware preferred.
  • Knowledge and practical experience applying mechanical precision maintenance fundamentals preferred.
  • Experience with online or cloud-based vibration systems preferred.
  • Experience as an individual contributor or leader in a corporate setting preferred.
  • Must pass a drug test where required by state law.
