Opis

  • Meet with new and returning customers at scheduled appointments.
  • Start each sales route with appointments, with leads and marketing materials provided.
  • Build customer relationships and learn about their organization needs.
  • Tour customers’ homes to identify opportunities.
  • Explain the company’s products and services.
  • Recommend closet designs tailored to customers’ needs.
  • Complete sales with residential customers.
  • Apply sales training and communication skills to address home organization needs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager, who maintains an open-door policy.

Zahteve

  • No degree, certification, or prior sales experience is required.
  • Be open to coaching.
  • Bring a growth mindset and willingness to complete 13 weeks of paid sales training.
  • Have reliable access to a motor vehicle.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Maintain auto insurance.
  • Be able to attend training in Shirley, Massachusetts.
  • Be willing to enter customers’ homes, recommend closet designs, and complete sales.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Listen closely to customers’ specific needs.
