Opis

  • Develop annual brand and media strategies that support advertiser goals and growth.
  • Recommend campaign approaches and audience targeting tailored to brands and product lines.
  • Create supplier growth proposals tied to business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Handle supplier communications, feedback, approvals, and creative revisions as the main point of contact.
  • Manage client relationships and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Explain performance metrics, insights, and optimization approaches to advertisers.
  • Lead campaign kickoffs, manage briefs, and confirm media planning details.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to oversee campaign performance.
  • Track KPIs and use data insights to improve campaign results.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights for near-term and long-term media plans.
  • Work with Insights and Strategy to ensure reports are accurate.
  • Share performance reports, lead campaign wrap-up calls, and complete Campaign Performance Reviews.
  • Partner with sales, merchandising, campaign management, Insights and Strategy, billing, and other internal teams.
  • Support monthly billing and update Salesforce campaign records.

Zahteve

  • At least five years of experience in account management, media planning, digital marketing, or retail media; consumer packaged goods or retail experience and upselling experience are preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a high school diploma plus four years of experience also qualifies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage daily client relationships and work across teams.
  • Experience creating media plan recommendations that align with advertiser goals and performance targets.
  • Reliable follow-through and accountability.
  • Familiarity with advertising analytics, data platforms, and data management platform technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Resourcefulness and adaptability in a large, fast-moving organization.
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute as a key individual contributor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to escalate important issues and present them to leadership.
  • Ability to influence supplier investment and grow business through CVS Media Exchange advertising solutions.
