Opis

  • Meet with new and returning customers at scheduled appointments.
  • Start each sales route with scheduled appointments; the company supplies leads and marketing materials.
  • Build rapport with customers and learn about their organizational needs.
  • Tour customers’ homes to identify opportunities for organization solutions.
  • Explain the company’s products and services to customers.
  • Recommend closet designs based on customers’ needs.
  • Apply sales training and communication skills to help residential customers address home organization needs.
  • Close sales with customers.

Zahteve

  • No degree, certification, or prior sales experience is required.
  • Able to take coaching.
  • Growth-oriented and willing to complete 13 weeks of paid sales training.
  • Reliable access to a motor vehicle.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Auto insurance.
  • Willing to complete a background check and drug screening.
  • Able to enter customers’ homes, recommend closet designs, and complete sales.
