Opis

  • Build and maintain Epic reporting and business intelligence solutions for revenue cycle, clinical, and operational teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to turn reporting needs into technical specifications and practical solutions.
  • Provide expertise on Epic reporting tools, workflows, capabilities, and data.
  • Guide reporting projects through requirements, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Create and refine reports for operations, clinical workflows, revenue cycle initiatives, regulatory needs, and organizational decisions.
  • Investigate complex reporting, data, and application issues, coordinating fixes with Epic application, technical, and data teams.
  • Support Epic upgrades, enhancements, optimization work, and system changes affecting reports or downstream data.
  • Check reports for accuracy, data integrity, functionality, and performance before release.
  • Work with data warehouse and analytics teams on the appropriate use and interpretation of Epic data.
  • Keep technical materials current, including reporting specifications, test records, and support procedures.
  • Advise end users, analysts, leaders, and project teams on reporting.
  • Find ways to improve reporting processes, consistency, performance, and ease of use.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, science, business, information technology, informatics, or a related field, or at least five years of relevant experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments in place of a degree.
  • Active Epic Cogito Certification or Accreditation.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, healthcare informatics, data management, and reporting.
  • Experience implementing, developing, and supporting information systems in a large healthcare organization.
  • Practical experience developing, configuring, testing, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Epic reports.
  • Ability to assess reporting needs and turn business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Experience with reporting projects spanning multiple applications, departments, or stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to work effectively with clinical, operational, IT, Epic application, and data warehouse teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and reporting deliverables independently in a complex, fast-paced healthcare setting.
  • Preferred: 5–7 years of clinical information systems or healthcare IT experience.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting major EHR implementations, configurations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives.
  • Preferred: Additional Epic certifications, accreditations, or proficiencies in related applications or reporting technologies.
  • Preferred: Experience building reports across multiple functional areas, especially revenue cycle, clinical, and operational reporting.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise reporting optimization, upgrades, application enhancements, and data initiatives.
  • Preferred: ITIL Foundation Certification.

Ugodnosti
