Dental Office Manager
Oversee business, clinical, and compliance operations across AltaMed dental sites. Monitor quality, service, financial, and workforce goals to improve site performance.
Opis
- Coordinate business, operational, compliance, and clinical activities at AltaMed dental locations or outreach units.
- Partner with the Site Dental Director to support efficient dental site workflows and operations.
- Collaborate with clinic and medical directors, corporate support teams, and dental leaders.
- Advance organization-wide goals for quality, service, finance, and people.
- Track performance and progress toward goals.
- Identify trends and take action to improve performance.
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or business administration, or four years of healthcare experience as a substitute.
- At least two years of progressive experience in a dental office.
- At least two years of dental office leadership experience preferred.
- English and Spanish bilingual ability preferred.
- Valid BLS certification or higher under American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines.
