Vice President, Corporate Trust Transaction Manager
Lead corporate trust transaction management for BNY by negotiating securities contracts, managing risk, and coordinating onboarding, compliance, and client service across teams.
Descriere
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, legal representatives, BNY counsel, and internal stakeholders
- Assess and reduce contractual, operational, and regulatory risks
- Review bond indentures and trustee or paying agent agreements against BNY’s risk appetite
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to complete accurate, timely onboarding in bank systems
- Verify that onboarding activities satisfy contractual obligations
- Provide responsive client service while anticipating client needs
- Apply available technology to improve outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes and operational efficiency
- Promote risk awareness and escalate exposures promptly
- Deliver analysis and recommendations to support sound decisions
- Track industry developments and regulatory changes to support compliance and competitiveness
Cerințe
- Strong academic background
- Experience in corporate trust or transaction management involving asset-backed securities and mortgage-backed securities
- Ability to perform effectively under tight, demanding deadlines
- Ability to manage challenging internal and external relationships in pressured, time-sensitive situations
- Ability to investigate complex issues and develop innovative legal solutions
- Ability to recommend commercially viable responses to business challenges
