Descriere

  • Support Treasury Management Sales across the full sales cycle
  • Deliver treasury solutions to prospective and existing clients
  • Develop proposals and coordinate product and service implementations
  • Analyze internal client information and external third-party data to support revenue growth
  • Use data analysis to improve operational performance
  • Handle daily operations and implementation activities for treasury service offerings
  • Assist bank clients with service requests, inquiries, and technical issues involving banking and treasury management services
  • Keep the department Pitch Book current
  • Oversee the Treasury Management pipeline
  • Produce recurring monthly reports and ad hoc reporting
  • Review waiver and exception pricing
  • Prepare and manage Relationship Reviews
  • Perform profitability and cost analyses and maintain the pricing database
  • Assist with Treasury Management sales opportunities
  • Maintain the Treasury Management Contact Management Sheet
  • Research, design, and coordinate the implementation of new products and services
  • Assess data attributes and develop processes that improve operational performance while following department policies and procedures
  • Analyze clients and support proposal development with Treasury Sales Officers
  • Resolve client issues promptly using established procedures and escalate matters when necessary
  • Support marketing initiatives for Treasury Management products and solutions under leadership direction
  • Educate bank officers about department products
  • Collaborate with Treasury Sales Officers to propose and implement Treasury Management solutions

Cerințe

  • 2–4 years of experience in banking or a related financial services field, including client support and operational work performed under established guidelines
  • Experience or exposure to treasury management functions or cash management products is preferred
  • Experience working with banking systems and technology platforms
  • Practical knowledge of cash management products and competitor offerings
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations and senior management
  • Working knowledge of bank and treasury management products and services
  • Effective time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently on assigned projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered instead
