Descriere

  • Create analyses and supporting materials aligned with business objectives
  • Develop visualizations and presentations that explain trends and reveal opportunities
  • Turn analytical findings into recommendations that advance strategy and address business challenges
  • Collaborate with functional teams on analytical solutions and ongoing support
  • Handle data requests accurately and within expected timelines
  • Convert business requirements into analytical and reporting specifications
  • Deliver recurring insights and reporting materials
  • Help define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify growth initiatives, business opportunities, and potential cost reductions
  • Diagnose and resolve data or analytical problems
  • Validate the accuracy of analyses and reports
  • Produce analyses that confirm proof-of-concept results
  • Teach business users how to apply analytics in decision-making
  • Contribute to financial or monetization objectives
  • Perform internal and external research assignments
  • Assist with management presentations and communications for wider audiences
  • Follow organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations
  • Lead workstreams or serve as a subject matter expert on smaller projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment
  • Share expertise, mentor colleagues, and help strengthen team capabilities
  • Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Manage assignments independently from initiation through completion
  • Keep colleagues updated on project progress and operational matters
  • Usually report to a Manager or Senior Manager

Cerințe

  • An undergraduate degree or advanced technical diploma is preferred, such as in mathematics, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science
  • A graduate degree and experience delivering innovative projects are considered assets
  • At least three years of relevant experience; graduate education and research experience may also qualify
  • Proficiency in a language other than French to support employees or colleagues who require service and assistance in another language
  • Understanding of business strategy and operational processes
  • Ability to produce analyses, visualizations, presentations, KPIs, and reporting materials
  • Capability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Ability to investigate and correct data and analytical problems
  • Ability to identify business needs and support project delivery
  • Awareness of industry practices, emerging developments, and regulatory obligations
  • Ability to identify and manage risks
  • Project coordination and management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently as a senior analyst or subject matter expert
  • Ability to coach and train colleagues
