Descriere

  • Create and deliver integrated outreach strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate concurrent projects for varied audiences across multiple media channels
  • Tailor communications for different demographic groups
  • Direct marketing initiatives to grow magazine subscriptions and digital readership
  • Oversee quarterly promotions and support brand development
  • Partner with authors to promote feature stories
  • Create, edit, and design content for social media, websites, and electronic newsletters
  • Preserve a consistent, professional digital presence for the magazine and agency
  • Conduct market research and reader surveys
  • Use advanced analytics to assess campaign and social media performance
  • Support staffing and marketing activities for tradeshows, conferences, and internal and external events
  • Create event materials and strategies to engage attendees
  • Translate complex transportation and policy topics into compelling content for general and technical audiences
  • Report to the Engagement Manager

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a closely related discipline
  • Six to ten years of progressively responsible experience in strategic communications, digital marketing, and public affairs
  • Proven ability to create social media campaigns that significantly increase subscriptions or readership
  • Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
  • U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Willingness to adjust telework arrangements to meet client needs
  • Transportation experience, particularly in surface transportation research, is preferred
  • Knowledge of safety and operations, autonomous vehicles, human factors, roadway design, materials, and bridge engineering is preferred
