Descriere

  • Help define the UX vision, strategy, and roadmap for product experiences
  • Plan usability testing and interpret findings to guide design decisions
  • Mentor, coach, and provide design direction to UX designers
  • Strengthen UX processes and expand their adoption across the organization
  • Act as a UX authority for cross-functional product teams
  • Lead user-centered design activities spanning ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and testing
  • Communicate design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
  • Create intuitive interfaces with the Shield BeyondTrust Design System
  • Advance the company’s design language and standards
  • Plan and synthesize research in partnership with UX Research specialists
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops focused on product strategy, success measures, and ideation
  • Partner with product managers, product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver design solutions
  • Standardize product experiences, reduce design debt, and build scalable UX practices
  • Work with marketing, sales, support, and executive leadership
  • Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization
  • Track UX and cybersecurity developments through research, courses, and conferences
  • Drive AI-supported design adoption and deliver developer-ready specifications, interactive prototypes, and AI-generated implementation assets

Cerințe

  • At least 6–8 years of UX design experience across enterprise or desktop software, web applications, mobile platforms, and related technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and design-thinking practices
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach UX designers
  • Experience collaborating with remote, distributed teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong conceptual and visual communication skills with careful attention to detail
  • Familiarity with common software development practices and competence across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including accessibility practices
  • Ability to balance UX team mentorship, hands-on design work, and product decision-making
  • Capacity to learn new technologies and approaches quickly
  • Ability to build relationships with developers and managers while advocating for UX recommendations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and contribute within a remote team
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Preferred: Experience with Windows and Mac OS
  • Preferred: Experience with Android, iOS, Windows Mobile, or other mobile platforms
  • Preferred: UX design experience for enterprise cybersecurity software
  • Preferred: Experience with Claude Code or Claude Design, Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and Jira
  • Preferred: Experience collaborating with Agile development teams
