Senior/Lead Forward-Deployed Engineer, Agentic AI (Remote)

Descriere

  • Lead CXO-level working sessions with Sales, Client Partners, and business leaders to turn customer challenges into clear outcome theses.
  • Select focused, measurable opportunities that can serve as rapid proofs of value.
  • Explain the trade-offs among automation, assistance, human oversight, and safe scaling.
  • Develop rapid proofs of value that demonstrate both business impact and technical feasibility.
  • Build agent workflows with tool use, enterprise integrations, and lightweight user experiences.
  • Create evaluation harnesses that measure task success, accuracy, policy compliance, tool-call performance, latency, and cost.
  • Develop scalable agentic blueprints covering agent roles, orchestration, tools and APIs, data and knowledge strategy, guardrails, observability, and human escalation.
  • Define MVP backlogs and architecture decisions for identity and access, auditing, logging, fallbacks, policy boundaries, and deployment models.
  • Deliver production-ready plans to implementation teams.
  • Design solutions around agentic AI foundations, knowledge fabric and RAG patterns, agent orchestration, governance, and observability.
  • Deploy solutions on AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or client platforms, integrating with systems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft technologies.
  • Keep solution designs aligned with enterprise security, privacy, and compliance obligations.
  • Support competitive pursuits as a technical closer through demonstrations, workshops, architecture reviews, and technical validation.
  • Develop reusable accelerators such as prompt libraries, workflow templates, connectors, evaluation suites, and reference architectures.
  • Help shape thought leadership materials and field playbooks.
  • Work in close, cross-functional pods with Sales, industry leaders, BlueVerse product and platform teams, and delivery squads.
  • Remain actively involved in hands-on solution development rather than working solely in an advisory capacity.

Cerințe

  • At least 8 years in full-stack engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting, including substantial client-facing delivery.
  • Ability to move quickly through ambiguity while applying strong architectural judgment.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI stacks and LLM agent patterns, including orchestration, tool calling, planning and execution loops, and memory.
  • Practical knowledge of RAG and knowledge systems, including embeddings, chunking, vector databases, and retrieval evaluation.
  • Experience running offline and online evaluations, regression suites, safety testing, and foundational red-teaming.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals spanning APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in Python plus at least one of TypeScript, Java, or Go.
  • Ability to contribute across frontend and backend development as project needs require.
  • Cloud-native experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containers, CI/CD, and observability fundamentals.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to connect technical complexity to business outcomes for senior stakeholders.
  • Production delivery experience with generative AI or agentic solutions is preferred.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Graph/O365, Databricks, or Snowflake is preferred.
  • Experience with generative AI security and governance is preferred, including data boundaries, access controls, auditability, model risk, and compliance evidence.
  • Familiarity with LLMOps or AgentOps is preferred, including versioning, telemetry, drift monitoring, and cost governance or FinOps.
  • Depth in at least one preferred industry area: Travel, Transportation and Hospitality; Retail and CPG; BFSI; Manufacturing; or Media.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud, security, or data are advantageous.
  • Travel is expected for client workshops, proofs of value, and executive meetings.
