Descriere

  • Collect, assess, and document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Partner with business stakeholders to map processes and uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications and technical documentation
  • Model and refine business processes with BPMN and UML
  • Provide structured analysis and documentation to support informed decisions
  • Work closely with development, architecture, and testing teams across the project lifecycle
  • Plan, perform, and support functional and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Assist with system integration work involving REST and SOAP APIs
  • Maintain alignment with data governance, privacy, and regulatory obligations, including GDPR

Cerințe

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related discipline, or bring at least five years of proven Functional and Systems Analysis experience
  • Have at least five years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a comparable role
  • Possess ITIL Foundation, CBAP, or an equivalent certification
  • Demonstrate strong experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements
  • Use BPMN and UML confidently for process modeling
  • Have practical experience with REST and SOAP integrations
  • Be experienced in creating functional specifications and business analysis documentation
  • Have participated in testing, validation, and acceptance activities
  • Bring strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships well
  • Connect business objectives with technical delivery teams
  • Show initiative and careful attention to detail
  • Organize work effectively while managing multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM and ERP platforms, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, BPM and Lean methods, public-sector projects, Open Data initiatives, or GDPR compliance is desirable
