Descriere

  • Lead business development and transformation work from initial definition and planning through delivery and review.
  • Turn strategy into action, improve working practices and make priorities and initiatives easier to track.
  • Run workshops, innovation days and other activities that bring teams together to improve.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about progress, decisions and dependencies.
  • Work with IT and business stakeholders to advance shared initiatives.
  • Lead the ongoing improvement of IT Asset and Configuration Management, covering governance, the CMDB, data quality and asset lifecycles.
  • Contribute to transformation, strategy delivery and continuous improvement in the CIO Office.

Cerințe

  • A university degree or equivalent experience, preferably in IT, business, engineering, industrial management or a related field.
  • Background in business development, transformation, project or initiative management, process improvement, IT or a comparable area.
  • Ability to organize work, set priorities and advance several initiatives at once.
  • Experience partnering across functions and with stakeholders in different parts of an organization.
  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, CMDB, ServiceNow or CSDM experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management, strategy execution, product-led transformation, facilitation or innovation initiatives is helpful.
  • Interest in AI, automation and modern digital working practices.
  • A proactive, practical approach to solving problems.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Submit application materials in English.
