Descriere

  • Lead paid media across search, social, display, retargeting, and emerging channels
  • Manage channel mix and CAC while improving cost per qualified pipeline dollar
  • Oversee forecasting, pacing, budget reallocations, and business cases for additional spend
  • Continuously test creative, audiences, offers, bidding strategies, and landing-page experiences
  • Manage the full paid conversion journey from advertisement to landing page and form
  • Guide paid media agencies and channel representatives toward measurable results
  • Develop attribution, incrementality testing, and channel reporting that connects spend with MQLs, pipeline, and CAC efficiency
  • Combine paid and organic performance reporting
  • Own the organic growth strategy, roadmap, and OKRs
  • Increase qualified organic traffic and conversion into activated users and pipeline
  • Create the SPS AEO/GEO playbook covering citation strategy, structured content, and answer-engine share-of-voice measurement
  • Set technical SEO priorities and manage delivery by agencies or specialists
  • Coordinate SPS’s presence across Reddit, G2, YouTube, and other community and review platforms

Cerințe

  • Bring 5–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth within B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology
  • Have direct ownership of paid media budgets and organic search programs
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise in paid search and paid social
  • Have managed a meaningful budget and built a channel mix from the ground up
  • Think fluently in SQLs, pipeline, CAC, and payback
  • Have experimented with citation strategies, model-readable structured content, or answer-engine share-of-voice measurement
  • Understand site architecture, schema, crawling, and Core Web Vitals
  • Distinguish trust-building content from low-value content
  • Have managed agencies and held them accountable for outcomes
  • Work effectively within attribution constraints and design defensible tests
  • Make consequential decisions with incomplete data
  • Bring an experimentation-oriented approach
  • Preferred: experience responding to major Google algorithm updates
  • Preferred: experience conducting incrementality or geo-holdout tests
  • Preferred: familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation systems
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with AI and automation tools
  • Preferred: experience in a regulated or compliance-sensitive industry
