Senior Digital Experience Manager

Descriere

  • Shape and improve web strategy across xsolla.com and its subsites.
  • Identify ways to strengthen engagement, site performance, and user experience.
  • Use analytics, UX feedback, and journey insights to guide improvements.
  • Translate business priorities into practical web initiatives.
  • Manage daily web operations and publishing workflows.
  • Coordinate launches, release readiness, and ongoing site updates.
  • Prioritize and deliver marketing, launch, and go-to-market web requests.
  • Oversee the CMS and publishing systems supporting xsolla.com.
  • Create, edit, and publish content directly in the CMS.
  • Lead Web Operations and coordinate Product, Design, Development, SEO, DataOps, and DevOps.
  • Work with Product to improve templates and contributor workflows.
  • Keep templates, metadata, SEO implementation, and UX standards consistent.
  • Support migrations and help scale web operations.
  • Manage go-to-market and lead-generation workflows, including meeting booking, lead capture and routing, and Pardot and Salesforce integrations.
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues or coordinate with Marketing Operations and Salesforce administrators.
  • Coordinate regular check-ins, launch planning, and implementation across Marketing, PMM, Sales, PR, Events, Design, and Engineering.
  • Offer UX feedback and recommendations based on user journeys.
  • Improve information architecture, navigation, usability, and conversion flows.
  • Track traffic, engagement, conversions, booking performance, and publishing speed.

Cerințe

  • Bring 6–8 or more years of experience in web, digital experience, or website operations roles.
  • Have at least 2–3 years leading cross-functional launches or managing a large multi-site website.
  • Ideally have experience at a B2B or technology company.
  • Have hands-on experience operating a CMS and publishing workflow at scale.
  • Be experienced with templates, metadata, and SEO implementation.
  • Be comfortable creating and publishing pages directly in a CMS.
  • Bring technical web fluency and the ability to diagnose whether issues involve content, CMS configuration, analytics, infrastructure, Product, or Development.
  • Have experience with digital asset management (DAM) and content governance.
  • Have working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement), and Chili Piper.
  • Apply a strong UX eye and use analytics to identify problems and demonstrate improvements.
  • Have a track record of leading cross-functional launches and aligning stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and conversation, with a focus on reliable execution.
  • Experience with website migrations, experimentation and A/B testing, or the video game industry is a plus.
  • A background check may cover criminal history, employment, and education.
