Descriere

  • Set creative strategy across Enova’s brands, connecting performance data to creative work.
  • Gather performance data and business insights from marketing and channel partners.
  • Turn insights into narratives, messaging direction, creative strategies, briefs, and recommendations.
  • Build testing strategies and learning plans with channel owners and marketers.
  • Develop concepts for testing, iteration, and scaling, and apply results to future work.
  • Keep campaigns aligned with strategic pillars and messaging frameworks across channels.
  • Lead paid social campaign development and optimization with design, marketing, and business teams.
  • Manage and mentor a small copywriting team.
  • Apply data and AI tools to improve and accelerate the copy team’s work.
  • Manage team processes and resources, and improve how the team operates.
  • Contribute directly to high-priority concepts and headline tests.
  • Present strategic recommendations and align creative work with business priorities.

Cerințe

  • Bring at least eight years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, or copywriting leadership.
  • Use performance marketing data to inform creative strategy and testing.
  • Have experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably banking or financial services.
  • Show a track record spanning both strategic planning and creative execution.
  • Demonstrate strong copywriting and editing skills, with a portfolio showing conceptual thinking and results.
  • Have direct experience managing, mentoring, and developing copywriters or creative team members.
  • Be comfortable using Asana, Figma, Adobe Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Snowflake.
  • Have experience with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
  • Be eligible to work in the United States; Enova cannot sponsor visas or assume existing sponsorship.
