Descriere
- Create and launch original social formats for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook
- Own the full content journey from concept and filming through editing and publication
- Lead creative direction and help grow the social and content team
- Serve as Steffen’s direct creative thought partner
- Build an engaged community through interactive, inventive formats
- Develop creator partnerships and new content collaborations
- Spot emerging trends, respond quickly, and test new formats with confidence
- Use performance insights to continuously improve channel strategy
Cerințe
- Bring several years of experience building and growing successful social media channels
- Develop content as repeatable formats and series rather than isolated posts
- Create content hands-on, including camera work, editing, storytelling, and strong hooks
- Understand social trends, platform mechanics, and relevant online culture
- Have experience providing creative leadership and collaborating with on-camera talent
- Communicate confidently and creatively in direct creative discussions with Steffen
- Prioritize community building and know how to turn reach into meaningful engagement
