Senior Business Systems Analyst, Dynamics 365

Serve as a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform subject matter expert, analyzing processes, configuring systems, and providing tier-three support for enterprise operations.

Descriere

  • Analyze business and system processes, data, integrations, and reporting.
  • Define, document, test, and manage requirements in line with established standards.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.
  • Manage defects across applications, systems, and databases.
  • Spot potential issues early and recommend and document solutions.
  • Resolve complex system design and integration challenges.
  • Provide tier-three support, including on-call coverage, and serve as the escalation point for production issues.
  • Create and maintain system documentation and artifacts.
  • Lead process improvement, knowledge sharing, and the evaluation of analysis tools.
  • Advise teams on technology solutions for business needs.
  • Monitor the Microsoft product roadmap and assess new features for potential use.
  • Coach junior analysts and review their work.

Cerințe

  • At least 8 years of experience in a business or systems analyst role.
  • At least 4 years configuring, administering, and supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and/or Customer Insights.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Power Platform tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Proficiency writing SQL queries.
  • A solid understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile/Scrum.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication.
  • A customer-focused, collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MB-230, MB-220, PL-200, or MB-280 are a bonus.
  • Project or program management experience is a bonus.
