Descriere

  • Provide analytical support for Fleet Training Management (FTM) and Fleet Management and Planning System (FLTMPS) initiatives.
  • Assist with readiness analysis, reporting, dashboard upkeep, and coordination for Navy training programs.
  • Contribute to modernization work in the Jupiter enterprise data environment.
  • Assess Navy training readiness processes, compliance patterns, workflow effectiveness, and system performance across FTM and FLTMPS programs.
  • Gather, validate, and analyze data for readiness reports and operational decisions.
  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports in Jupiter-supported platforms, including Qlik Sense and other approved tools.
  • Contribute to data migration, reporting modernization, and process improvement efforts.
  • Coordinate training activities and communications between Government stakeholders and contractor personnel.
  • Update training materials, user guides, and related documentation.
  • Evaluate capabilities and identify opportunities to improve training and processes.
  • Prepare routine and ad hoc reports, presentations, and performance measures for leadership.
  • Follow security procedures and data governance rules when handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain consistent, punctual attendance.
  • Carry out other assigned duties.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, operations research, business administration, or a related discipline; relevant equivalent experience may be accepted.
  • Three to five years of experience in management analysis, data analytics, training operations, business intelligence, or related support work.
  • Experience using reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis, dashboard creation, process improvement, and reporting practices.
  • Familiarity with Navy training programs, readiness reporting systems, or Department of Defense settings is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Navy or other federal government programs.
  • Knowledge of FLTMPS, FTM, or related training and readiness systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work additional hours when needed to complete an assignment or project.
