Descriere

  • Partner with clients and Clarkston colleagues to assess business needs, deliver projects, and shape practical solutions.
  • Use consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills on business process, technology, organizational change, and implementation work.
  • Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, design, testing, training, and related project activities.
  • Earn client trust through clear communication, considered recommendations, and reliable delivery.
  • Prepare project plans, deliverables, presentations, and other materials for clients.
  • Work with project teams and client stakeholders to surface issues, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Build consulting expertise across solution, process, and consulting disciplines.
  • Travel about 30–50% depending on client and project requirements.
  • Work from a home office when not traveling or working at a client site.

Cerințe

  • Bring 3–5 years of professional experience, including previous consulting work.
  • Have experience in business analysis, technical analysis, change management, training, or a related project-based role.
  • Have worked in consulting or project environments with direct client interaction.
  • Have analyzed business processes, requirements, systems, or organizational needs.
  • Have facilitated discovery, requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, or working sessions.
  • Have supported solution design, process improvement, technology enablement, testing, or implementation.
  • Have created client deliverables, presentations, process documentation, reports, training materials, or other project outputs.
  • Have supported change management, organizational readiness, knowledge transfer, end-user training, or adoption.
  • Have collaborated with technical and functional colleagues to turn business needs into practical solutions.
  • Be able to manage competing priorities, project tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Bring strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and client-service skills.
  • Adapt flexibly to different project roles and workstreams.
  • Hold a four-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
  • Be willing and able to travel an estimated 30–50%.
