Descriere

  • Execute integrated regional marketing plans, campaigns, and events.
  • Work with regional teams under national marketing guidance to implement and assess local marketing programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic franchise partners.
  • Serve as Fix Network’s regional Brand Ambassador by growing brand awareness, customer traffic, and loyalty.
  • Develop and deliver marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Support franchisees with corporate marketing guidance while representing their brands and businesses positively.
  • Research local market conditions and customer needs, then translate findings into actionable programs.
  • Track and report digital campaign performance against ROI and KPI targets.
  • Plan and deliver in-store promotions, franchisee events, and community outreach activities.
  • Partner with local teams to support B2B sales initiatives.
  • Develop and manage marketing initiative budgets.
  • Gather franchisee updates, stories, achievements, and testimonials for internal and social media communications.
  • Review campaign results and refine strategies as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of marketing activities and budgets.
  • Maintain regular communication with cross-functional and national marketing teams.
  • Track industry developments and competitor activity.
  • Publish content and resources to the franchisee intranet.
  • Support research, development, and design for brand-specific e-newsletters.
  • Create engaging content for social media channels.
  • Maintain tracking documents for franchisee implementation.
  • Contribute to press releases and assist with media relations.
  • Support franchisees with grand openings and community engagement initiatives.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience supporting multiple brands in a multi-unit marketing role, preferably within a franchise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of retail marketing and B2B strategies.
  • Experience managing budgets and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience across traditional and digital media marketing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other web, social, and digital analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated success developing multichannel campaigns.
  • Experience managing organic and paid media campaigns and producing SEO-optimized content.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, plus other content development platforms preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
