Descriere

  • Generate new opportunities through outbound calls while developing existing accounts
  • Provide consultations aligned with each client’s needs
  • Conduct sales discussions with qualified prospects by phone or virtual meeting
  • Explain solutions, overcome objections, and secure completed sales
  • Maintain CRM records, monitor customer interactions, and review sales information
  • Deliver responsive, high-quality service throughout the buying journey
  • Strengthen client retention and cultivate lasting customer relationships
  • Own the full sales cycle from acquisition through closing, focused primarily on B2C customers across unrestricted territories

Cerințe

  • Background in outside sales, B2C sales, or phone- and virtual-based selling
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Track record of effective client communication, acquisition, and direct selling
  • Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities
  • Experience with account management, upselling, and long-term customer development
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to give compelling presentations
  • Familiarity with marketing and business development strategies is helpful
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Previous inside or outside sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Customer-focused and motivated to exceed client expectations
