- Conduct sales discussions with qualified prospects by phone or virtual meeting
- Explain solutions, overcome objections, and secure completed sales
- Maintain CRM records, monitor customer interactions, and review sales information
- Deliver responsive, high-quality service throughout the buying journey
- Strengthen client retention and cultivate lasting customer relationships
- Own the full sales cycle from acquisition through closing, focused primarily on B2C customers across unrestricted territories

- Background in outside sales, B2C sales, or phone- and virtual-based selling
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms
- Track record of effective client communication, acquisition, and direct selling
- Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities
- Experience with account management, upselling, and long-term customer development
- Clear communication skills with the ability to give compelling presentations
- Familiarity with marketing and business development strategies is helpful
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Previous inside or outside sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Customer-focused and motivated to exceed client expectations
