Regional Field Events Manager

Descriere

  • Oversee regional meetings, sponsorships, advocacy conferences, and patient and family conferences.
  • Keep event status, spending, deadlines, and deliverables accurately documented.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, performance, and variances.
  • Handle sponsorship registration and processing, including deadlines, payments, deliverables, and entitlements.
  • Coordinate attendance for field teams and leaders, along with materials, giveaways, kits, and regional faculty or speaker logistics.
  • Run fulfillment center operations for two brands, overseeing vendor performance, inventory, ordering portal updates, replenishment, and asset retirement.
  • Work with Field Sales, Field Medical, and Patient Advocacy to anticipate needs and deliver materials and information on schedule.
  • Keep regional key opinion leader engagement records accurate.
  • Manage event venues, booth and tabletop providers, print and signage vendors, and logistics.
  • Coordinate shipping, setup, teardown, and post-event reconciliation.
  • Manage concurrent event deadlines and communicate status, risks, blockers, and decisions needed.
  • Deliver sponsorships and healthcare professional programs with Legal and Compliance, following the PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act/Open Payments, and fair-market-value principles.

Cerințe

  • At least four years of experience supporting or managing regional meetings, sponsorships, field events, or similar programs.
  • Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, or another regulated sector is preferred.
  • Ability to handle many concurrent commitments while keeping deadlines, deliverables, and spending on track.
  • Experience managing event or sponsorship budgets, including forecasts, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Experience managing vendors and ensuring they meet schedule, deliverable, and quality expectations.
  • Experience supporting field-facing teams.
  • Strong spreadsheet, tracking, and reporting skills.
  • Clear, proactive cross-functional communication and timely escalation of risks.
  • Highly organized and composed under pressure, with the judgment and ownership to resolve problems.
  • Familiarity with the PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act/Open Payments, and fair-market-value principles is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to designated regional meetings.
  • Able to work at a screen, perform basic hand coordination, maintain focus, use computers and devices regularly, and move occasionally.
