Descriere

  • Oversee WEKA’s digital content operation across its website, YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters, Deep Geeks podcast, and online communities
  • Set content strategy and editorial programming across formats
  • Identify story angles, guide writers, and develop stories for different formats
  • Manage content output, audience growth, engagement, and performance across owned channels
  • Adapt strong content into articles, clips, newsletter features, and resource pages
  • Work with social and video leads, web, SEO and GEO, customer advocacy, communications, and creative teams
  • Keep the editorial calendar current, with publishing dates, owners, and sequencing
  • Set a dependable publishing cadence, flag risks early, and update or retire outdated content
  • Strengthen search visibility, LLM citations, internal links, and content structure
  • Improve AI-assisted production workflows for writers and the wider team
  • Track production pace, content freshness, engagement, organic and LLM-referred traffic, and citations to inform decisions
  • Direct contract writers with clear briefs, feedback, standards, support, and talent development
  • Report to the Senior Director of Digital

Cerințe

  • Bring at least six years of experience in editorial, journalism, or content strategy and management
  • Have practical experience in B2B technology
  • Have experience writing, developing stories, producing content, and directing writers, freelancers, or agency teams
  • Have experience managing a high-volume editorial calendar across multiple formats and stakeholders
  • Understand AI, cloud, or data infrastructure well enough to discuss inference and memory
  • Use AI tools daily, including workflows you have built yourself
  • Know SEO, generative engine optimization, internal linking, and content structure
  • Have collaborated with designers, video producers, social and SEO leads, subject matter experts, and standards owners
  • Show strong editorial judgment and published work, such as a newsletter, podcast, video series, or bylines
  • Experience publishing in Sanity or another headless CMS is a plus
  • Producer experience in a newsroom, studio, publication, or branded media team is a plus
  • Experience bringing predictability to a federated content operation is a plus
