Descriere

  • Own the architecture strategy for the bank’s Core Banking Modernization program
  • Shape and advance the end-to-end architecture vision for a transformation roadmap spanning more than three years
  • Provide hands-on architectural leadership across active initiatives and transition work
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders, technology executives, and domain architects to connect business outcomes, platform strategy, and delivery
  • Establish architectural direction and oversee design governance
  • Guide vendor selection and platform adoption
  • Maintain architectural consistency across domains, integrations, and migration programs
  • Counsel senior leaders on architecture frameworks and delivery approaches for complex business and technology needs
  • Lead strategic responses to complex enterprise challenges
  • Document current-state, target-state, and transition architectures
  • Create strategic plans covering investment priorities and cutover execution
  • Act as a domain architecture subject-matter advisor to leadership
  • Direct investment toward target technologies while evaluating spend, total cost of ownership, and return on investment
  • Verify that applications follow Wells Fargo standards, policies, methodologies, and industry practices
  • Select, establish, and apply strategic architecture tools and frameworks
  • Track industry practices and emerging technologies, recommending relevant innovations
  • Shape internal and vendor technology roadmaps

Cerințe

  • At least 7 years of architecture experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education
  • At least 5 years of experience developing data strategy
  • Practical knowledge of the customer data domain
  • Experience with cloud-based operational and analytical data platforms
  • Experience spanning cloud and data architecture, domain-driven design, architecture frameworks, product thinking, and Agile delivery
  • Experience designing strategic data or financial systems architecture in financial services
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and partnership-building skills
  • Ability to mentor fellow architects
  • Ability to collaborate with platform engineering and architecture teams on cross-domain solutions
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
