Descriere

  • Generate customer and operational insights that inform strategy and daily execution
  • Collect customer insights, analyze data, recommend actions, and support senior-level decisions
  • Identify trends and relationships that strengthen operational decision-making
  • Use data mining, quantitative analysis, and statistical modeling to evaluate customer interactions and improve experience
  • Partner across the organization to establish best practices and promote enterprise tool improvements
  • Create and maintain performance metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards
  • Apply disciplined reporting practices covering data integrity, test design, validation, and documentation
  • Collaborate with management on significant issues and projects
  • Evaluate and document business processes, then develop recommendations, plans, schedules, and management reports
  • Maintain the recordkeeping database and prepare reports
  • Review performance reports and propose productivity and efficiency improvements
  • Research and compare similar organizations and operating models
  • Prepare and present materials for strategic client reviews that demonstrate DSV’s performance and value
  • Evaluate business cases and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and create client case studies
  • Build client relationship management capabilities through implementation support, AQP meetings, Deep Dives, and Business Reviews
  • Develop and implement IT solutions across organizational functions
  • Document client requirements and deliver standardized IT solutions based on best practices
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Work required or voluntary overtime according to business needs
  • Perform the role without supervisory responsibility

Cerințe

  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • Prefer two years of warehouse or distribution operations experience, particularly in logistics, supply chain management, business, or sales and marketing
  • Ability to work in warehouse temperatures that vary with the season
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel pivot tables and formulas, Windows, and Visio
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, and pivot tables
  • English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency
  • Bilingual ability is an advantage
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate and motivate yourself and others
  • Confidence communicating with people at every organizational level
  • Ability to work across multiple business units in a matrix structure
  • Working knowledge of basic statistical control methods
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Capacity to manage time, multitask, and prioritize work
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Ability to implement and verify corrective and preventive actions
  • Understanding of the company’s strategy, vision, operations, and regional working relationships
  • Ability to learn and understand client-specific strategic objectives
  • Ability to satisfactorily perform the essential duties and physical requirements of the position
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 21–50 pounds
  • Ability to reach above the shoulders, reach outward, squat, and kneel

Beneficii

  • Annual base salary of $55,000 to $65,000
