Descriere

  • Represent Mondelēz professionally in retail stores.
  • Provide service to store teams and shoppers.
  • Visit stores daily, follow DSD merchandising standards, and photograph displays using DMI.
  • Build working relationships with receivers, managers, and other store staff.
  • Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and keep shelves and displays stocked.
  • Set up promotional displays according to RTM-negotiated plans.
  • Follow daily schedules and priorities from the RTM.
  • Assist with seasonal promotions, product launches, and prominent merchandising events.
  • Share store observations, concerns, and opportunities with the RTM and management.
  • Move products from stockrooms, lift and bend, and replenish store shelves.
  • Keep Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and other Mondelēz snacks stocked and correctly displayed.

Cerințe

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a valid driver's license from your state of residence.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Bring a positive, professional attitude.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Have a personal vehicle with valid insurance for travel between stores.
  • Be prepared to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
  • Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
  • Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
  • Live within 25 miles of the primary Olathe, Kansas location.
  • Be available four weekdays and one weekend day, with shifts starting by 7 a.m.
