Sales Analyst

Prospect university classes and develop graduation-event projects for Formô Brasil, managing sales, CRM, proposals, and in-person events.

Descriere

  • Identify and assess university classes to uncover sales opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records.
  • Oversee sales activity and negotiation records, producing performance reports and insights for business decisions.
  • Guide projects from initial brief through development, collaborating with internal teams in brainstorming sessions.
  • Lead meetings with class committees, present proposals, and follow up on opportunities.
  • Build relationships with university classes through WhatsApp communication and engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Attend committee and Formô events, including formal dances, pre-events, and campus activations, to strengthen the brand and student relationships.

Cerințe

  • Graduates and students from any field are eligible to apply.
  • Substantial sales experience, with practical involvement across the full cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build authentic relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Strong persuasive ability and developed negotiation skills.
  • Flexible availability for travel and event support, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Live in São Paulo, SP, or nearby, with convenient transportation access.
  • A completed qualification or additional coursework in sales, negotiation, or a related area is an advantage.
  • A personal vehicle is an advantage.
  • Strong organization and time management, with the ability to manage several tasks at once, are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with and interest in the university environment are an advantage.
