Stock Mondelēz snacks, place inventory orders, and build promotional displays in retail stores around Olathe. This full-time, on-site role supports store teams and keeps products available and well presented.
Opis
- Represent Mondelēz professionally in retail stores.
- Provide service to store teams and shoppers.
- Visit stores daily, follow DSD merchandising standards, and photograph displays using DMI.
- Build working relationships with receivers, managers, and other store staff.
- Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and keep shelves and displays stocked.
- Set up promotional displays according to RTM-negotiated plans.
- Follow daily schedules and priorities from the RTM.
- Assist with seasonal promotions, product launches, and prominent merchandising events.
- Share store observations, concerns, and opportunities with the RTM and management.
- Move products from stockrooms, lift and bend, and replenish store shelves.
- Keep Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and other Mondelēz snacks stocked and correctly displayed.
Zahteve
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver's license from your state of residence.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Bring a positive, professional attitude.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Have a personal vehicle with valid insurance for travel between stores.
- Be prepared to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
- Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
- Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25 miles of the primary Olathe, Kansas location.
- Be available four weekdays and one weekend day, with shifts starting by 7 a.m.
