Descriere

Manage the daily administration of GRID-owned and operated tournaments
Represent CCT to participating teams, with a focus on Production Services-owned CCT Events
Administer live matches across GRID-operated tournaments
Prepare, monitor, document, and deliver matches to a consistently high standard
Coordinate communication between professional teams, broadcast talent, tournament stakeholders, and internal production teams
Help resolve technical and competitive issues promptly during live competition
Contribute to tournament scheduling, documentation, and event coordination
Help deliver a consistent experience for all tournament participants
Support the expansion of GRID’s tournament operations as event volumes increase

Highly organized, detail-oriented approach to operational work
Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent tasks in a live operations setting
Clear, professional written communication skills
Confidence using spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation
Calm, practical approach to solving problems under time pressure
Strong coordination skills when working with internal teams, administrators, and external partners
Basic familiarity with esports tournament formats and live event operations
Flexibility to work around tournament schedules, including evenings and weekends when needed
Working knowledge of tournament tools, game servers, and match administration systems
Knowledge of the esports industry, particularly Counter-Strike
Prior experience running esports tournaments or matches, preferably in Counter-Strike
Technical experience with CS2 servers, eBot, TS3, FACEIT, and similar organizer tools
Experience delivering GRID, HLTV, or other CS2 match data
Basic understanding of esports production
Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during major esports events
Ability to work under a B2B contract
