Descriere
- Set and deliver marketing strategy in support of firmwide revenue goals of $1.5 million monthly and $18 million annually.
- Manage and develop a team of 3–5 marketing professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Work with the CEO, CFOO, Sales, and Operations leaders to align marketing investment with business priorities.
- Direct and optimize an annual marketing budget of $3–4 million.
- Track full-funnel performance and connect marketing KPIs to revenue results.
- Prepare and present marketing dashboards and performance insights to executives.
- Plan and manage multichannel campaigns targeting 4,000–6,000 qualified leads each month.
- Use paid, organic, referral, and community channels to grow reach and engagement.
- Oversee campaign experiments, audience segmentation, and automation to improve conversion and retention.
- Build the firm’s brand and narrative as a trusted provider of humanitarian immigration law.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and high-quality creative across digital and offline channels.
- Direct thought leadership and community impact programs.
- Manage and improve the firm’s marketing technology stack.
Cerințe
- Fluent Spanish and English, required for authentic and inclusive communication.
- At least 10 years of marketing experience, including 3–5 years in director or senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multimillion-dollar marketing budgets and deliver measurable growth.
- Successful demand generation and brand development experience in a growth-focused professional services or legal environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn marketing data into actionable business insights.
- Experience building and scaling teams, with a commitment to coaching and talent development.
- HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub experience required.
- Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Call Tracking Metrics, BirdEye, Microsoft Suite, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
