  • Set and deliver marketing strategy in support of firmwide revenue goals of $1.5 million monthly and $18 million annually.
  • Manage and develop a team of 3–5 marketing professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

  • Direct and optimize an annual marketing budget of $3–4 million.

  • Direct thought leadership and community impact programs.
  • Manage and improve the firm’s marketing technology stack.

  • Fluent Spanish and English, required for authentic and inclusive communication.
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, including 3–5 years in director or senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multimillion-dollar marketing budgets and deliver measurable growth.
  • Successful demand generation and brand development experience in a growth-focused professional services or legal environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn marketing data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience building and scaling teams, with a commitment to coaching and talent development.
  • HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub experience required.
  • Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Call Tracking Metrics, BirdEye, Microsoft Suite, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
