Descriere

  • Lead delivery of the telecommunications site deployment portfolio
  • Achieve schedule, cost, quality, safety, and availability targets
  • Coordinate construction, infrastructure, power, and site deployment activities
  • Align internal teams with suppliers and engineering, construction, and operations partners
  • Convert strategic plans into operational delivery and maintain pipeline flow through asset handover
  • Consolidate and analyze performance, productivity, cost, capacity, service-level, and schedule metrics
  • Detect program deviations and implement corrective actions across network expansion
  • Prioritize and allocate resources, materials, and supplier capacity
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks while removing delivery obstacles
  • Strengthen project governance through milestone, contract, budget, and compliance tracking
  • Partner with planning, procurement, engineering, permitting, operations, finance, and senior leadership
  • Provide executive reporting and enable data-informed decisions
  • Optimize deployment processes, supplier performance, control automation, and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate the delivery pipeline for sites and related infrastructure
  • Oversee construction firms, systems integrators, and strategic partners
  • Lead continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, telecommunications, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating deployment teams, managing project portfolios, working in a PMO, overseeing infrastructure construction, or leading telecommunications construction portfolios
  • Experience overseeing suppliers, contracts, performance indicators, and executive governance
  • Capability in operational capacity management and resource planning
  • Experience governing metrics such as SLA, productivity, lead time, throughput, backlog, costs, CAPEX, and operational efficiency
  • Risk management experience, including mitigation planning
  • Ability to control and track schedules, critical milestones, and deployment pipelines
  • Experience managing engineering, construction, and deployment suppliers and contracts
  • Ability to organize and lead executive forums, steering committees, war rooms, and governance meetings
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and supporting decisions
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft 365, project and portfolio management tools, Power Automate, data visualization, management dashboards, and continuous improvement is desirable
  • Experience using generative AI tools is a plus
