Descriere

  • Grow existing and new out-of-home key accounts by turning customer, channel, and market insights into targeted growth opportunities.
  • Find and convert new business across out-of-home foodservice settings.
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers, operators, and distributors.
  • Create culinary, coffee, and beverage solutions that meet operational and commercial requirements.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions and lead business reviews.
  • Improve customer performance, profitability, and long-term partnership value.
  • Use distributor networks and cross-functional expertise to broaden Nestlé Professional’s market presence.
  • Take customer solutions through successful market launch.
  • Manage opportunities from initial identification through implementation and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated key account management and business development experience in foodservice, HoReCa, or another out-of-home setting.
  • Knowledge of the out-of-home ecosystem, including operators, distributors, and varied foodservice channels.
  • Capability in consultative, solution-oriented selling.
  • Strong commercial planning and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to win new customers and build lasting strategic partnerships.
  • Fluency in German and French.
  • Self-directed, commercially curious, and resilient approach to work.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and deliver measurable results.
