Descriere
- Develop and maintain current technical documentation for systems and applications, including user manuals, installation guides, specifications, and diagrams.
- Help Development and QA teams organize and standardize documentation across the software development lifecycle.
- Join cross-functional meetings to clarify system requirements and functionality.
- Keep documentation aligned with usability, accessibility, and technical compliance practices.
- Review documents from other departments for clarity, accuracy, and structural consistency.
- Manage document organization and version control in internal repositories such as Confluence and SharePoint.
- Assist with content for training sessions and technical presentations.
Cerințe
- Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Languages, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong technical writing ability and clear communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, Google Docs, and Microsoft Word.
- Understanding of software development concepts and Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Knowledge of video editing for documentation and training content.
- Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut.
- Technical Writing certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Unimed systems, including SGU or Cardio, is an advantage.
- Previous experience creating software technical documentation is an advantage.
