Descriere

  • Develop product features, backend services, and internal tools that support Numeral’s growth
  • Improve customer workflows spanning signup, onboarding, activation, and renewals
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify and solve business challenges
  • Lead engineering projects from initial scope through deployment and ongoing iteration
  • Instrument critical workflows, establish success metrics, and evaluate business impact
  • Conduct experiments and apply customer feedback and data to prioritize improvements
  • Deliver reliable, maintainable software while balancing rapid iteration with engineering quality

Cerințe

  • At least two years of experience shipping production software
  • Strong debugging ability and structured problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud services, preferably AWS
  • Ability to relate technical decisions to customer needs and business results
  • Data-oriented approach to prioritizing work and evaluating outcomes
  • Self-direction and demonstrated ability to take projects from concept to production
  • Clear communication and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Comfort working through ambiguity in a rapidly growing environment
  • Experience building software for Sales or Marketing is a plus
  • Experience with onboarding, activation, retention, renewals, or expansion is a plus
  • Experience working within or alongside Growth teams is a plus
