Descriere

  • Act as SEARHC's primary resource for visual design
  • Develop polished communications for patients, employees, and organizational audiences
  • Produce print and digital materials, including patient education resources, brochures, rack cards, flyers, posters, facility signage, event materials, presentation templates, recruitment marketing collateral, internal communications assets, and digital graphics
  • Convert complex healthcare and organizational information into clear, engaging visual communications
  • Apply accessibility, readability, and brand requirements to all designs
  • Contribute to systemwide campaigns, service line marketing, executive communications, and community engagement initiatives
  • Protect and steward SEARHC's visual identity
  • Maintain and enhance visual brand guidelines
  • Review branded materials from consortium departments and provide design guidance
  • Apply logos, typography, photography, color palettes, iconography, and other design standards consistently
  • Propose brand-standard updates as organizational needs change
  • Create, update, and manage a comprehensive library of branded templates
  • Work with internal stakeholders to assess needs and improve template usability
  • Implement quality-control practices for accessible, current, on-brand templates
  • Organize and manage the department's digital asset library
  • Define naming conventions, folder structures, and governance practices
  • Store logos, design files, icons, and templates properly so they remain accessible
  • Track asset versions and retire obsolete materials
  • Coach and support employees who create branded communications
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, HR, clinical, operations, and leadership teams
  • Help establish a self-service design environment
  • Assist with print purchasing and vendor coordination when needed

Cerințe

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, fine arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating print, digital, and brand identity work
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • At least three years of professional graphic design experience
  • Experience overseeing brand standards or design systems
  • Experience building organization-wide template libraries
  • Experience using Canva Enterprise and Monday.com
  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, tribal, government, or other mission-driven organizations
  • Strong command of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Knowledge of accessibility practices for print and digital communications
  • Understanding of design's role in communication, engagement, and organizational objectives
  • Highly organized approach to file and asset management
  • Strong visual design abilities and creative problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer-service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and concurrent deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively with varied stakeholders
  • Ability to create systems and processes that improve organizational efficiency
