Descriere

Develop deep expertise in GitLab’s platform, particularly its AI agent capabilities, and identify practical real-world applications
Produce videos, blog posts, presentations, and social content that demonstrate GitLab workflows in the interface and terminal
Write scripts for, record, and edit product walkthroughs and demonstrations
Work with GitLab’s video team on longer-form and higher-production content
Present product demonstrations and contribute to analyst briefings
Connect with customers through webinars, meetings, and other discussions
Engage developer communities across forums, Discord, social media, newsletters, and events
Provide the sales team with answers to technical product questions
Collaborate with support, sales, and product teams on educational content for developers
Relay product feedback to product teams and evaluate new features
Support technical research and analysis of the developer tools ecosystem
Travel up to 20% for events and customer meetings

Cerințe

Hands-on experience with software development workflows, particularly the stages after code is written
Understanding of artificial intelligence applications in software development from coding through production
Experience building and operating agentic systems and related infrastructure
Ability to communicate technical products clearly through demonstrations, walkthroughs, or conference presentations
Fluency with social platforms used by developers
Experience working with customers, developers, or technical communities
Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and other teams
Willingness to integrate AI into daily workflows
