Descriere

  • Deliver technology-enabled finance and managed services solutions for clients
  • Oversee finance managed services engagements spanning multiple clients and workstreams
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end finance activities while maintaining service levels
  • Track operational performance, service metrics and business outcomes
  • Serve as the main escalation contact for operational issues, risks and stakeholder concerns
  • Assist with transitioning and mobilising new managed services engagements
  • Provide trusted advice and serve as a daily contact for client stakeholders
  • Develop relationships with client finance teams and business leaders
  • Present reports, insights, recommendations and engagement updates to management and senior leaders
  • Oversee management reports, operational dashboards and executive presentations
  • Evaluate financial and operational data and turn findings into practical insights
  • Use Power BI and ERP reporting tools to strengthen decision-making
  • Drive finance process improvements involving automation, AI and digital solutions
  • Contribute to process redesign, standardisation and operating model enhancements
  • Support solution design, testing, rollout and post-implementation reviews
  • Manage client engagements from planning through delivery tracking and issue resolution
  • Coordinate schedules, deliverables, resources and stakeholder needs
  • Lead, mentor and develop junior team members
  • Assign work and track delivery performance across teams
  • Ensure outputs meet EY quality standards, governance obligations and client expectations
  • Identify and control delivery, operational and project risks
  • Help maintain compliance with EY policies covering quality, independence and risk management

Cerințe

  • Around 3–5 years of experience in finance, managed services, finance transformation, consulting or a related discipline
  • Background managing client engagements and leading delivery teams
  • Experience in finance operations, management reporting or business performance analysis
  • Track record of delivering process improvement, automation or transformation initiatives
  • Strong capability in stakeholder management and client relationships
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or comparable systems
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools including Power BI
  • Experience with AI, workflow automation or digital transformation initiatives is advantageous
  • Professional services or consulting experience is preferred
  • Strong financial and commercial understanding
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage several engagements, stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading teams in a client-facing setting
  • Ability to identify and deliver practical process improvements
  • Strong project and delivery management skills
  • Interest in and understanding of AI, automation and digital technologies
  • Ability to influence and implement change across teams and organisations
  • Strong focus on quality and accountability for delivery and results
  • CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred
